要求雙方執行長電話談判…蘋果三星互咬　法官令重啟協商

〔本報訊〕承審蘋果與三星電子侵權官司的美國法官要求訴訟雙方的執行長，在陪審團進行商議前再次展開協商。據彭博報導，美國加州聖荷西聯邦法院法官高蘭惠（Lucy Koh）15日表示：「我將再次要求雙方的執行長透過電話展開談判。我認為訴訟兩造都有風險。」
