專利大戰三星提郵件作證 設計高層談iPhone：不要抄襲 而是要學習

儘管有證據表示三星 (Samsung) 在設計自家產品時的確參考了蘋果 (Apple)(AAPL-US) 軟體，但根據一份最新文件指出，三星內部高層其實曾警告設計師們不要盲目模仿 iPhone，要向 iPhone 學習，而不是抄襲。
