專利有效 宏達電再添利器

宏達電去年宣布斥資3億美元併購S3Graphic後，傳出S3 Graphic部分專利無效，宏達電昨天宣布，接獲美國專利與商標局核發的再審查書，確認S3G專利有效，因此S3G購買專利是重大且正確的決定。
