平板造型不夠酷？　英法官：三星沒侵犯專利

〔記者甘偉中╱綜合報導〕三星、蘋果在美國的平板電腦專利戰況，本月底才會有進一步發展；不過在英國，法官昨日已判定三星並未侵犯蘋果專利，原因是：他們的平板沒那麼酷！
