〔記者甘偉中╱綜合報導〕iPad mini 的消息先前便曾出現傳聞，不過最近似乎越來越火熱，就在 Google 上週發表 7 吋平板 Nexus 7 之後，彭博社（Bloomberg）與華爾街日報（WSJ）在 4 日不約而同報導蘋果低價平板的消息，在這個時間點爆料，是否有什麼策略上的意義呢？
